Terms of Service:

These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you ("Customer") and Netlinkhosting.com ("Net Link Hosting"). They should be read and understood. By purchasing our services, you are agreeing to follow the rules and regulations which are mentioned below. Failure to follow the below rules and regulations will result in cancellation of services. You must agree to the following Terms of Service agreement in order to purchase our services.

1. Description of Service.
Net Link Hosting provides web hosting and Internet related service. Net Link Hosting also provides technical support service, which is available on normal working hours and days. The Customer uses hardware and software from the server, which is provided by Net Link Hosting. The Customer may start using the service after the Customer has paid for the service fees and has registered by filling out the form provided by Net Link Hosting and has received confirmation via e-mail from Net Link Hosting.

2. Regulation of Server Usage.
The Customer IS FORBIDDEN to make any effort to damage or replace data related to our server's configuration, that is not the Customer's property. Using Net Link Hosting’s server in an effort to enter, damage, or replace data and system configuration of other's accounts is not allowed. Using Net Link Hosting’s server for running or hosting background processes (programs that run non-stop on the server) and daemon server’s such as IRC, IRC bots, rc5des, egg drops, Java Chat Server, etc. is strictly forbidden. Running program’s above limitation (using too much memory and CPU time), which can impact Net Link Hosting's server's stabilization and sending spam e-mails, whether it is in news form, product offering, promotion, etc. that aren't asked and wanted by others is forbidden. Violators of the above rules will have their accounts cancelled and will not receive a refund for any services paid for.

3. Support Service.
Net Link Hosting obliges to provide support service for Customers, which is related to the account owned by said Customer including the support services such as answering the technical issues or questions, altering Customers password, altering file attributes, creating e-mail, and configuring Customers' account. Net Link Hosting does not provide service such as creating and debugging CGI script/PHP/program belonging to Customers. Net Link Hosting provides support service on a 24/7 basis. Please note that while there may be times where it is impossible to service this to its extent, we will make all efforts to be available 24/7. However, the Customer agrees and may not dispute issues arising from unavailability of support staff. Support is available from the support page http://support.netlinkhosting.com/ from Customers cPanel, via AIM. Please do NOT request support in any way other than the methods listed on the support page. All support requests will be IGNORED and your account may be suspended if you do.

4. Domain Names.
Net Link Hosting offers the option to register domain names for Customers, the benefit being that domains are auto-configured to your account by Net Link Hosting and Customer’s whois details kept private by displaying Net Link Hosting’s details. Net Link Hosting manages all domains purchased through Net Link Hosting. Net Link Hosting will release domain names to the Customer for a one-time fee of $50.

5. Payment Policy
Net Link Hosting will setup the Customers' account within 24 hours after Net Link Hosting receives the payment confirmation (usually much faster). Customers may pay via PayPal, Credit Card, Check by Mail, or Cash by Mail. Failure to pay on time will result in suspension of service, unless you contact us prior to the end of your grace period. Contacting us beforehand will allow us to make changes to your billing schedule if necessary. If your service is suspended, there will be a $35 reactivation fee.

     5a. Payment by Mail

Your envelope should contain a slip of paper stating your account information, as well as how much money has been included in the envelope. Please make sure to include at least enough money to cover 6 months of service. All checks should be made out to:

6. Reselling of Space.
Reselling of space or services provided by Net Link Hosting is strictly forbidden unless you have purchased a reseller account. Anyone reselling space will have their account cancelled and no money refunded.

     6a. Reseller accounts
Reseller accounts are offered under the following Terms and Conditions:
All sites hosted by you agree to section 8 of our terms of service. You may include the full text of section 8 in your own terms of service. Resellers are responsible for providing support to their own customers.

7. Cancellation.
Net Link Hosting has the right to cancel the contract without the Customer's confirmation if said Customer doesn’t obey and fulfill the rules and regulations settled in this agreement. If a Customer's services are cancelled due to violation of this agreement, the Customer is not entitiled to a refund. Customers may ask for the cancellation via email, support ticket, or live support to Net Link Hosting along with username, domain name and password. All cancellation requests are final. Once we have initiated the cancellation of your hosting account, there is no way to retrieve the data. A full refund is available if you cancel within 30 days. Refunds are not available for service renewal.
Note: we cannot refund domain names due to the nature of the DNS.

8. Allowed Content.
Content which is offensive or illegal will not be allowed. Net Link Hosting has the right to suspend, for up to three days, any accounts which have broken the above policy. If, after 3 days, the content has not been removed, the account will be terminated.

9. Disclaimer.
Net Link Hosting is not responsible for what is in Customer's website. Customers are fully responsible for what is in his/her/their own website. Net Link Hosting does not guarantee the accuracy and completion of the content in Customer website. Net Link Hosting is not responsible for the cause made by what is in Customer's website. Net Link Hosting is not responsible for the loss of data which belongs to Customers.

10. Reassemble Agreement.
Net Link Hosting has the right to reassemble the content of this agreement without obliging to report it to Customers. A link to the current version of this agreement will be available on the site.

11. Understanding.
This agreement was written with common definitions used in the Computer and Internet Communication fields, and is fully understood by Net Link Hosting and its Customers.
